Explanation of terms
We: Naughty Leopard is a brand of Purple Leopard Creations Michael Faltin.
You: Our customer, a consumer who is a natural person within the meaning of the law and has reached the minimum age of 18 years. NOT an entrepreneur.
Custom model: You have the option to configure one of the designs offered in the shop. This will be cast as best as possible according to your ideas. A model custom made, only for you.
Unique: Since we like to experiment with different colors and casting options, most of the goods are unique and therefore only available once.
Signature: The default color of the toy. This color pattern will only vary slightly, sometimes a little darker, sometimes a little lighter.
Flop: Wares which had gotten a small, cosmetic defect during casting. Because of this, these goods are reduced.
UV color: Color that is particularly noticeable in sunlight or under black light.
GITD: Glow In The Dark. Pigments that glow in the dark on their own after being charged.
Scope and Provider
The following General Terms and Conditions (ToS) apply to all purchases of goods that consumers purchase via the online shop of the “Naughty Leopard” brand.

Age verification
By placing your order, you confirm that you meet the legal minimum age requirement of 18 years.
We assume no liability for incorrect age information. If in doubt, we reserve the right to carry out age verification.
We also assume no liability for goods purchased by people over 18 and passed on to minors.
Conclusion of contract
As soon as you have confirmed our terms and conditions in your shopping cart AND completed the purchase, these apply in full.
If you have decided on a Flop, you must confirm that you have taken note of the defects before signing the contract.
Payment terms and due date
Our payment options for the goods ordered from us include payment with PayPal, Google Pay, SEPA direct debit transfer, credit/debit cards. Payments with EC and cash are also possible at events.
The transfer via G-Pay and PayPal is made via Purple Leopard Creations. The transfer via SEPA direct debit, credit/debit and EC is made via Michael Faltin’s Saalesparkasse account.
Unless you have chosen a payment method that transfers the entire amount directly to our account, we ask you to pay the entire amount in full within 14 days.
If we do not receive payment within this time, we will cancel the contract and the reserved goods will be returned to the shop.
There are no additional costs to you.
We do not offer installment payments!
Discretion and data protection
The transfer via G-Pay and PayPal is made via Purple Leopard Creations. The transfer via SEPA direct debit, credit/debit and EC is made via Michael Faltin’s Saalesparkasse account.
Shipping is via DHL, in its own cardboard box, the sender is Purple Leopard Creations Michael Faltin.
No one will know you shopped at Naughty Leopard.
We will only use your personal data to process the purchase contract and send you the order. We do not pass on your data to unauthorized third parties.
Retention of title
The ordered goods will only be handed over to the parcel service after full payment has been received and remain our property and possession until then.
Custom models will only be manufactured after full payment has been received.
Delivery
Delivery within Germany and other EU countries is carried out with DHL.
Delivery times, waiting times and shipping
Unless otherwise agreed, the ordered goods will be delivered to the address you provided.
Goods that are in stock will be handed over to the parcel service within 3 working days (Monday to Friday) after full payment has been received. In this context, you will receive an email with a link to track the shipment.
Experience has shown that the delivery time is two to three working days within Germany.
Once the goods have been handed over to DHL, we no longer have any influence on the shipping or its duration.
If you notice anything unusual while tracking the shipment, we ask you to contact us (info@naughtyleopard.com or DM via Discord)
It can take up to two additional weeks until Custom models can be handed over to the parcel service.
Orders received during a designated holiday period/break will only be processed after the end! Depending on the order volume, this can take up to two weeks.
Please also note that deliveries can generally take longer if they are made during seasonal events (Christmas, Easter, …).
Prices and shipping costs
The prices shown are final. VAT is not calculated or shown because we make use of the small business regulation (§19 UStG).
According to the current status (November 2024), the shipping costs are fixed and amount:
Germany: €6.99
Countries of the European Economic Area: €16.49
Countries outside the EEA: Delivery ONLY via our partner: YiffiToys
Right of withdrawal and return
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. Only sealed goods can be taken back within 14 days and the purchase amount refunded!
The purchase amount will be refunded in the same way in which the goods were purchased. You bear the shipping costs for the return.
If you use the right of withdrawal for a custom model, it will be listed in the shop as a unique item after it has been returned and will be available for normal sale.
The right of withdrawal begins on the day the goods are received.
We must be informed of a return by email at info@naughtyleopard.com or via Discord PM, informally, within the 14-day time window.
Exclusions within the right of withdrawal
Unless otherwise stated, the goods are hygiene products for adults. These are delivered in closed outer packaging that is welded on at least two sides.
This outer packaging is to be understood as a seal and is clearly marked as such with a sticker.
When the seal is opened, the 14-day right of withdrawal expires!
Only sealed goods can be taken back within 14 days and the purchase amount refunded.
Warranty
Purchased goods have a warranty of two years.
If the goods break within this time despite proper use, storage and cleaning, please contact Naughty Leopard immediately (at info@naughtyleopard.com or via Discord PM) with photos and, if necessary, videos documenting the damage.
Please take note that purchased Flops are already delivered with defects; these defects do NOT constitute a warranty claim!
Goods that have suffered a defect during production are marked as such and reduced!
Please read the product description and look at the product images carefully.
Example: If you bought a toy that got an air bubble when it was cast, this air bubble does not constitute a warranty claim.
Disclaimer for improper use
Purple Leopard Creations assumes no liability for damage to health or property caused by intentional or negligent, improper use.
Please always pay attention to the condition of the toys and your body. In this context it should be explicitly mentioned that:
– Rinse your toy thoroughly after cleaning it with bleach or other chemicals, as chemicals can still have an active effect even after it has dried.
– Stop using the toy if you notice tears in the material. These expand very quickly as the material moves and can lead to complete snap.
– If you have pain or inflammation in the affected areas of your body, please do not use toys.
– Be careful with toys with knots as they can suddenly slip
This short list in no way represents all the possibilities of improper use, but is only intended to give you a feeling for it.
We also assume no liability if you cause damage to other people or property using our goods.
Final provisions
If one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are ineffective, this does not mean that the entire General Terms and Conditions are ineffective. The ineffective paragraph will be replaced by applicable statutory provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB).
